What about these businesses who have “ONLY” on street parking? Like the churches, the dental offices on 8th St., banks, etc. Are they going to start towing customers?

There are a select few businesses that do not have off-street parking.

The Snow Ordinance goes into effect in the evening hours. By early morning hours roads that are cleared from curb-to-curb can accommodate parking legally. The business activity you describe above occurs during daytime hours. Again, the Snow Ordinance helps us keep the roads clear for those businesses and those traveling to those businesses. The Hospital actually posts signs when the Snow Ordinance is in effect. This is done for visitors and employees. We encourage this for all businesses operating with 24 hour service.
