How do we know when it is ok to park on the street again after the snow ordinance has been declared?

Details
We will do our best to send out our notifications 4-8 hours before the ordinance goes into effect (TV, Radio, email, text). The text will usually say – “Boone Snow Ordinance will go into effect at 9:00 p.m. residential and 11:00 p.m. business district. (remove cars from the right-of-way – ticket and tow).” A text or e-mail will also be sent out after the snow ordinance has been lifted.
