A complete set of Plans and Specifications shall be submitted with this application. A Plot Plan showing lot dimensions and exact location of the proposed improvement, and all buildings and structures presently on the lot, shall be submitted to Dave Ades at dades@booneiowa.gov following submittal of this application.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of the property owner to locate lot pins to provide accurate proof of setback dimensions.
NOTICE: Separate permits are required for Electrical, Plumbing and Heating. It is the responsibility of the permit applicant to make sure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained.
The permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 60 days, or if the work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 30 days. Permits will expire One (1) year from the date of issue.
I submitting this application you certify that you have read and examined this application and know the same to be true and correct. All provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of work will be complied with whether specified herein or not. The granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any other state or local law regulating construction or the performance of construction.
